Return/Exchange Instructions
a. Returned/exchanged items must be unused and in complete original unopened packaging (including outer packaging carton), otherwise returns/exchanges will not be accepted.b. Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Items that are more than 7 days old from the order date.
- The product has been opened or damaged due to any factors, such as stain, malfunction, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, dirt.
- The product packaging is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are incomplete.
- Malicious or mass returns.
Return/Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service personnel → Confirm that returns/exchanges are available → Prepare complete products and invoices → Provide contact information
Order cancellation instructions
We may arrange to cancel the customer's order when any of the following conditions occur:- Unpaid orders;
- Orders that cannot be shipped due to out-of-stock items;
- Orders that cannot be shipped due to defective goods;
- The content listed in the order is incorrectly set.
Important note
All order cancellation, refund and return arrangements must be approved and confirmed by the company before they can be established.If there are any price differences or other problems with the exchanged goods, please contact our staff for information and handling at or before the time of exchange.
